CMSA & League Registration Information:

Welcome, we're glad you're here. CMSA is using ActiveNetwork as our registration system. CMSA strongly encourages you to register online using the ActiveNetwork system. You can access the registration system by clicking the links on the left side of the page in the Online Registration box.

All CMSA memberships from 2008-2009 have now expired. Please update your registration for 2009-2010 by clicking the link in the Online Registration box.

Our membership is a great value. You get an entire year's worth of programs for only $20.00. Yep, that's all! Your membership dues are used toward administrative costs, advertising and your annual CMSA membership party.

All memberships are valid from the date accepted through August 31.

Your membership will take about 4-6 weeks to process. For more immediate membership needs, submit your completed application and dues directly to the sports director of the first CMSA league you join.
